We’re kind of on a mission

Our story began with a humble food truck in Seattle. But at the heart of it all is our continued mission to reduce animal consumption. We’re committed to the plant based lifestyle and our goal is to spread the word that just because it’s vegan doesn’t mean it sucks.

How it all started

We started No Bones in 2014 as a food truck in Seattle with the mission of getting vegan food to as many people as possible. No Bones grub has always been about celebrating delicious vegetables with a beach bar vibe. Because of this approach, No Bones Beach Club ® has always been super appealing to flexitarians and vegans alike!

Cauliflower Wings have been No Bones’ top seller from the beginning. Through the food truck, the No Bones Beach Club ® restaurants and beyond, it’s always been about creating greater access to awesome vegan/plant-based food. Our “Take and Get Baked” Cauli Wings are available in three elevated flavors: Coconut Buffalo, Tropical Passionfruit BBQ, and Pineapple Red Chili.

No Bones Beach Club ® is bringing its mission into the future bringing crauuunchy cauli nuggs to the people with a big wave of sauce chillin in a golden party pouch in your freezer. They can be shipped anywhere in the US. No Bones has crafted these munchies to be soy free, nut free and gluten free so everyone can ride the wave.

How it all started

No Bones started in 2014 first as a vegan pop-up cart, and soon after as a food truck in Seattle called “No Bones About It”. We served an all vegan, (mostly) gluten-free menu of delectable sandos and salads…That was when the Buffalo Cauliflower Wings and Chill Ranch were born!! In the Spring of 2015, we became Seattle Weekly’s #1 Food Truck of 2015…the first ever vegan truck to win it!

In the Winter of 2016 we opened our first brick & mortar location in Seattle’s Ballard neighborhood. We adopted the beach club theme to compliment our island inspired menu which we expanded to include brunch items along with plenty of beachy-inspired cocktails.

It was an incredible year where we were embraced by our loyal customers and also kinda became a local media darling. We received many great reviews from some of the toughest (and most carnivorous) writers in the city. Less than a year later we opened our 2nd location in Portland, and in the fall of 2018 we opened our location in Chicago’s Wicker Park neighborhood.

Going forward

Our story continues to move forward with your support and participation. We donate a portion of our proceeds to animal sanctuaries and animal welfare organizations across the globe.  We’re so glad you’re here, and we invite you to help us reduce animal consumption by continuing to eat more plants!
