Our adventure started back in August of 2014.  From pop-up tent to food truck, brewery to office park, we've burnt down, broke down, rebuilt and conquered. In 2015 we were voted #1 Food Truck (Seattle Weekly, 2015), and 1st Runner-Up for Best of Western Washington Now we've down roots in our home neighborhood of Ballard.

 
Tali is originally from south florida. Growing up, my dad was the master chef at home so naturally i developed a love for food. The only thing i love more than eating is traveling. I aspire to learn as many languages as possible, travel to as many countries as possible, and eat a lot everywhere I go. I just moved out to seattle from working in yonkers. I live at home with my awesome boyfriend who is a super talented photographer and no puppies….YET! I just started yoga and I also love riding my bike, playing music, and hanging out with good people.

Kristin has been living in Seattle for six wonderful years, with a break in the middle spent exploring DC, Philly, and Denver. She has been vegetarian for ten years and vegan for the past three. Her main motivation has always been for the animals. She also loves veganism because it stands against violence and oppression and it has a positive impact on local, global, and personal health. When Kristin is not making or eating delicious vegan food, she’s probably biking around town, playing with her cute dogfriend, drawing, watching silly shows, or hanging out in the park drinking coffee. She doesn’t want to live without music, books, fancy pens, lots of snacks, and all the lovely beings in her life!

I have been living in Seattle for almost 4 years now. Cooking has been my passion for as long as I can remember. I have been working in Restaurants across the North West since I was old enough to have a job. The kitchen is always where I feel closest to home. Veganism reignited my love for food on all levels. Its so exciting to be innovative with ingredients. Its fun, Its creative, and fulfilling work. Its great knowing that you are producing something for someone that makes them happy and healthy. It is a win for me on so many different levels.

When I am not somewhere cooking or eating (which is not very often) I am probably at home with my husband trying to grow a garden, snuggling our two puppies or hopping on a plane to adventure somewhere new.
