meet me at the Beach Club!

LOCAL COCKTAILS + A MENU FOR ALL OUR FRIENDS

World's First Plant Based Tiki Bar!

Pull up a bar stool at No Bones Beach Club! We offer an awesome line-up of fresh cocktails made from local spirits, local beers on tap and wine too.  Our coastal inspired menu is attractive to all of our friends, whether they are carnivorous or plant based!

Our adventure started back on August 1, 2014.  From pop-up tent to food truck, brewery to office park, we've been through it all.  We've burnt down, broke down, rebuilt and still conquered the food truck scene from Seattle to Bellevue and beyond!

After being chosen #1 Food Truck (Seattle Weekly, 2015) by our customers, and 1st Runner-Up for Best of Western Washington (KING5, 2015), we are laying down our roots in our home neighborhood of Ballard! We call it No Bones Beach Club.

All seating 1st come, 1st serve. Sorry, no reservations.

I've worked in restaurants since I was 13 and I've always been an entrepreneur. I studied as a raw foods chef in Chicago and it’s always been my passion to own a restaurant of my own.   I adopted the vegan lifestyle 7 years ago after falling head over heels in love with a cat named Chloe. When I’m not slinging tacos on the truck, I’m either volunteering at the Seattle Animal Shelter, at home cooking yummy meals with my lovely husband Dylan and our 5 fur babies (Walter, Corina-Corina, Chloe, Jose Reyes and Rosalie Aprile), or playing Irish fiddle in a seedy Seattle bar. In a past life, I was a competitive Telemark skier and a lover of motocross. Since I’ve gotten a bit older, I’ve fallen in love with travelling at a more leisurely pace … although my girlfriends made me jump out of an airplane during my bachelorette party in Hawaii last year.

Tali is originally from south florida. Growing up, my dad was the master chef at home so naturally i developed a love for food. The only thing i love more than eating is traveling. I aspire to learn as many languages as possible, travel to as many countries as possible, and eat a lot everywhere I go. I just moved out to seattle from working in yonkers. I live at home with my awesome boyfriend who is a super talented photographer and no puppies….YET! I just started yoga and I also love riding my bike, playing music, and hanging out with good people.

Kristin has been living in Seattle for six wonderful years, with a break in the middle spent exploring DC, Philly, and Denver. She has been vegetarian for ten years and vegan for the past three. Her main motivation has always been for the animals. She also loves veganism because it stands against violence and oppression and it has a positive impact on local, global, and personal health. When Kristin is not making or eating delicious vegan food, she’s probably biking around town, playing with her cute dogfriend, drawing, watching silly shows, or hanging out in the park drinking coffee. She doesn’t want to live without music, books, fancy pens, lots of snacks, and all the lovely beings in her life!

I’ve driven past No Bones Beach Club a few times, and never really understood what it was; could I bring my pup? Can I go there to pet pups? Or is it some kind of vegetarian restaurant? Well, it’s actually a vegan restaurant.. and I’m here to tell you it kind of changed my life...
